Nutritious is Delicious! An Inside Look at RPP’s Dining Program
Roland Park Place believes that a nutritious meal will always be a delicious meal!
Our team works with a dietician to plan a menu to meet a variety of diets such as those who are vegetarian and pescatarian. Everyone’s personal tastes are important and to keep the food staying interesting, a resident board meets with the director of dining to give feedback.
The nutrition information for the menu is provided every day so that you can have a three-course dinner while meeting your dietary needs. For dinner, there is a resident menu that includes appetizers and entrees that are always on the menu. Would you be able to eat a crab cake dinner for a whole week? At Roland Park Place, you can!
All levels of care are offered the same menu. For those in assisted living and health care, special diets are provided and incorporate the chef’s menu when possible.
Your monthly fee covers a daily three-course dinner at the Landing or the monetary equivalent you can use at the Bistro or in the Cafe. Have coffee and a pastry for breakfast in the cafe, a sandwich and side salad for lunch at the Bistro,, a sit down dinner at the Landing, and you will never have to cook for yourself again!
