Hello Executive Chef John – We have heard so many complements from fellow residents for the dining experience at RPP.
You have raised the level of cuisine by introducing cold fruit soups when it’s blistering hot and treating us to cuisines from around the world. One day we are treated to Greek Baba Ganoush with pita bread, or mousaka, then you pivot to Southern fried green tomatoes garnished with a mini Chesapeake Bay crab cake. Do you know there is a “chick flick” called Fried Green Tomatoes?
An Indian tomato with poached egg entree was served the evening we were treated to a wonderful performance by 5 Indian musicians – set the stage beautifully. I also enjoyed the chicken cacciatore entry served a few days ago, I believe this was one of your early dinner entrees at RPP, delicious! And last evening you took us all to the Islands of Hawaii for poke (they did escape a possible tsunami). We know this Hawaiian meal well as one of our sons lives on Maui. Ah, and the chilled crab soup yesterday was terrific!
Thank you Chef John for all vicarious world traveling you provide us via our taste buds and eyes.
