Assisted Living Apartments and Memory Care Suites

Offered on a lease agreement with upfront fees equal to three months of Monthly Service Fees. Assisted Living Monthly Fees start at:

• Residential Care Apartments: $9,392
• Memory Care Suites: $9,980

Health Care Suites

Available for short-term rehabilitation or long-term care. Roland Park Place is licensed to accept Medicare and accepts long-term care insurance. The private pay rate for long-term care is:

• Health Care Center: $520 daily
