Meet our May Pet of the Month, Marcel!
Marcel was adopted back in 2011 by his owner Mrs. Spence. She found Marcel at the Washington Animal Rescue League where her granddaughter volunteered. Marcel spent his first year being moved around between different shelters, establishing loving relationships wherever he went including his new home, RPP. Marcel loves everyone and expects love in return! He has a mind of his own choosing what he will eat, where he will walk, and where he will sleep. When Marcel has his mind set on something he goes for it and there is no way you can change his mind! Marcel will sit and stare at you until you understand his way! Aside from being a spirited puppy, Marcel always enjoys a treat.
