Independent Living

Since 1984, Roland Park Place has been the home address of choice for those who have an active interest in city life. Between the residences in our original building and the 58 spacious new residences in our 8-story Grand Expansion with indoor parking, the attractions of retirement living at Roland Park Place in Baltimore City have grown even stronger.

Roland Park Place’s beautiful Grand Expansion is now open. This extensive undertaking has made our existing campus even more inviting. All of our residents can now enjoy renovated common spaces, several new dining venues, a state-of-the-art healthcare suite for memory support and short and long-term care, and a 4,100-square-foot Arts and Education Center.

Assisted Living

Residential Care floor plans at Roland Park Place present unique options to meet the needs of Residents in Assisted Living. All apartments have a separate bedroom, separate kitchen, walk-in closets, and balconies. Residents live independently and privately, but with all of the services that support peace of mind… for them and their families.

While most Residential Care apartments are one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments with 549 square feet of living space, there are two one-bedroom/one-bathroom + den floor plans that offer 675 square feet to choose from; and there are two options for the two-bedroom/two-bathroom plan with 833 square feet to choose from.

Memory Care

Rooms in the Memory Care neighborhood all include private bathrooms and vanities to reflect our holistic approach to care, which focuses on the individual. Our experienced caregivers work closely with residents and families to gain a fuller understanding of the unique life stories that are paramount to crafting a personalized plan for your loved one.

Health Care Center

All Resident rooms in the Eleanor F. Daly Health Care Center are single-occupancy with private bathrooms and vanities. Residents and their families can feel secure knowing state-of-the-art health care services can be accessed right outside their door. Our attractive home environment and neighborhood setting are designed to address all potential needs should their health conditions require higher levels of care.
