Roland Park Place Residents are well-served right on campus.

Reception

In addition to providing 24-hour security on the Roland Park Place campus, the receptionists, valets, and security staff at the front desk also provide many resort-style services such as wake up calls, package and grocery deliveries, valet parking, information, directions, recommendations, and a friendly face to greet both Residents and guests.

Parking

Each Resident who drives has a reserved parking space on the Roland Park Place campus included in the monthly service fee. Additionally, Roland Park Place offers complimentary snow removal from Resident vehicles and the parking area during the winter months so Residents never have to shovel their car out of the snow again! Parking in Baltimore City has never been this easy. Valet parking is also available to Residents and their guests 24 hours-a-day.

Salon

The Salon offers services for both women and men including haircuts and styles and manicure and pedicure services.

Transportation

Roland Park Place provides sedan service to weekday medical appointments within a ten-mile radius. For personal transportation beyond scheduled trips to grocery stores and entertainment, Roland Park Place drivers may also be available to provide fee-based transport. Residents can also utilize the Roland Park Place Lyft Concierge service.
