Courtney Corcoran Named Chief Financial Officer of Roland Park Place
A seasoned healthcare finance executive, Corcoran brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including more than a decade serving as chief financial officer for multiple institutions. In her new role, she will oversee the organization’s financial strategy and operations, helping ensure the long-term financial strength of the community while supporting its commitment to exceptional resident care.

Prior to joining RPP, Corcoran served as chief financial officer at Collington Episcopal Life Care Community, where she directed financial operations for a 325-unit continuing care retirement community. During her tenure, she led financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, strengthened operational efficiencies, implemented a new financial reporting system and collaborated on a $7 million municipal bond issuance to support campus expansion and renovations. Corcoran also served as chief financial officer for Bay Community Health, where she managed financial operations for a multi-site federally qualified health center. Throughout her career, she has led financial strategy, regulatory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, audit readiness and operational improvement initiatives for nonprofit healthcare organizations.
A graduate of Towson University Corcoran holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She began her career in public accounting, auditing Medicare, Medicaid and managed care organizations while providing reimbursement consulting services. She later transitioned to the nonprofit healthcare sector, where she developed extensive expertise in the financial and operational needs of continuing care retirement communities and federally qualified health centers.

Corcoran is an active member of LeadingAge Maryland and LeadingAge National and serves on the board of the Care Providers Self-Insured Workers Compensation Group.
