Walking Group with Roland Park History
Our RPP Walking Group enjoyed a beautiful spring stroll through the neighborhood during a special Historic Walking Tour led by our very own resident and Roland Park historical tour guide, Judy Dobbs. With sunshine overhead, blooming gardens all around us, and wonderful company beside us, the afternoon was a perfect reminder of how energizing community and movement can be.
As we walked and talked together, Judy shared fascinating stories and local history that brought the neighborhood to life in a whole new way. Research continues to show that walking while socializing can support both physical and emotional well-being — improving mood, reducing stress, boosting cognitive function, and strengthening social connection all at once.
From the fresh spring air to the engaging conversation, this walk was a joyful celebration of wellness, friendship, and the beauty of our community.
