Roland Park Place Named Senior Care’s Best!

 

RPP has been recognized as Senior Care’s Best Place to Work by Activated Insights. This is the organization used to survey both residents and associates on satisfaction, enabling RPP management to make adjustments and improvements as well as earn recognition for the things that we are doing well! Activated Insights results also gained RPP recognition from US News and World Report on the resident side.

Senior Care’s Best certification covers three distinct service components: Best Places to Work, Best Places to Live for senior living communities and Best Places to Heal for skilled nursing care in a variety of settings such as SNFs, hospitals, home care and senior living.

 The program is open to all senior care organizations including CCRC’s, Life Plan Communities and SNFs. Senior Care’s Best requires a significant survey completion rate in each key area.
